Our Mission
The electric vehicle industry is undergoing unprecedented global acceleration. From solid-state battery breakthroughs in East Asia to gigawatt-scale charging corridors across North America and Europe, staying ahead of commercial developments requires meeting suppliers, engineering teams, and policy makers face-to-face.
Yet finding reliable, up-to-date schedules for international exhibitions has historically been fragmented, frustrating, and prone to out-of-date information. EV Trade Show was created to solve this problem: providing automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, battery engineers, charge point operators, fleet directors, and investors with a single, authoritative, and human-verified index of trade events worldwide.
Our Core Principle: 100% Verified Curation
Every event listed in the EV Trade Show directory is manually verified directly against official organizer filings, venue confirmations, and active registration portals. We never rely on automated web scraping or unverified user submissions.
How We Verify & Curate Listings
To ensure directory integrity and avoid misleading attendees or exhibitors, every event undergoes a structured 4-step verification process before publication:
- Official Organizer Verification: We confirm the event is organized by an established industry association, professional conference producer (e.g., Informa, Terrapinn, Messe Stuttgart, JAMA), or government body.
- Venue & Date Confirmation: Dates are cross-checked against official convention center reservation schedules (e.g., Detroit Huntington Place, ExCeL London, Tokyo Big Sight, NECC Shanghai, COEX Seoul).
- Domain & Security Review: Every outbound ticket and registration link must point to the official, SSL-secured domain of the event organizer to protect visitors from phishing and unofficial housing scams.
- Audience & Access Categorization: We clearly designate whether an exhibition is TRADE ONLY (restricted to industry professionals, engineers, and accredited buyers) or open to the PUBLIC (consumer ride-and-drive festivals and community EV days).
Sectors & Technologies Covered
Our coverage spans the entire electric transportation value chain, organized into 8 distinct industry categories:
- Battery & Cell Technology: Secondary battery manufacturing, lithium-ion, sodium-ion, solid-state chemistries, cathode/anode supply chain, PACK/BMS engineering, and recycling summits.
- Charging Infrastructure: High-power DC fast charging (HPC), Megawatt Charging Systems (MCS), Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G), dynamic wireless induction, and charge point operator (CPO) networks.
- Fleet & Commercial Electrification: Class 4–8 electric trucks, municipal e-buses, depot charging, last-mile logistics, and commercial fleet decarbonization.
- Consumer EV Festivals: Public ride-and-drive expos, micro-mobility showcases, and consumer electric vehicle festivals.
- Autonomous & Software-Defined Vehicles: ADAS computing, automotive Ethernet, LiDAR/radar sensors, and connected vehicle platforms.
- Manufacturing & Supply Chain: Gigafactory automation, laser welding, lightweight composites, and automotive Tier-1 supplier exhibitions.
- Policy & Investment: Government clean transportation mandates, energy transition financing, and infrastructure grant conferences.
- Micro-Mobility: E-bikes, cargo bikes, e-scooters, and urban low-speed electric vehicles.
Editorial Independence & Commercial Disclosures
To maintain complete transparency with our readership and comply with Google AdSense, FTC, and international advertising standards:
- Free Standard Listings: Any legitimate EV industry conference or trade exhibition meeting our editorial criteria is eligible for a free standard listing. Organizers cannot pay to alter the factual reporting of their dates, venue, or attendance scale.
- Sponsored & Featured Listings: Paid promotional listings are prominently designated with an amber FEATURED badge. Outbound links from paid placements include appropriate
rel="sponsored"attributes in compliance with Google Webmaster Guidelines. - Display Advertising: Third-party programmatic advertising (Google AdSense) is explicitly labelled with an "ADVERTISEMENT" header and separated from directory content to avoid deceptive or accidental clicks.
