Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the EV Trade Show website located at evtradeshow.com. By accessing or using our directory, submitting an event, or purchasing promotional placement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Directory Nature & Disclaimers
Important Notice Regarding Event Accuracy:
EV Trade Show is an independent global informational directory. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or an organizer of the trade shows, conferences, or expos listed on this site.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure event details (dates, venues, admission criteria, and links) are accurate and timely, event organizers reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel events without notice. Always confirm all scheduling and venue information directly with the official event organizer before booking non-refundable flights, hotels, or exhibition space.
2. Event Submissions & Editorial Standards
Organizers who submit events to the directory agree to the following conditions:
- Accuracy: All information provided in submissions must be truthful, non-misleading, and reflect genuine, verifiable automotive, battery, or clean mobility events.
- Editorial Discretion: EV Trade Show reserves the sole right to approve, categorize, edit for brevity and clarity, or reject any submission that does not meet our quality guidelines or industry scope.
- Prohibited Content: We do not accept submissions that contain spam, fraudulent schemes, deceptive claims, or illegal materials.
3. Featured Listings & Payments
Organizers may elect to purchase enhanced visibility through our Featured Listing tier:
- Payments are securely handled via our authorized payment partner, Gumroad.
- Featured status is granted for the specific edition of the submitted event.
- Because featured placement requires immediate editorial prioritization, placement on the live board, and promotion in directory assets, sales are final once published. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, please contact us for credit toward a future edition.
4. Intellectual Property
The layout, design, curated database compilation, branding, graphics, and code of EV Trade Show are the intellectual property of EV Trade Show and protected by international copyright laws. Trademarks, event titles, and logos referenced on the board remain the property of their respective trademark owners and are used strictly under nominative fair use for identification purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EV Trade Show, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, information contained on this website, including travel costs, lost booth deposits, or business disruptions.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be documented by updating the "LAST UPDATED" date at the top of this page.
